The complete golf simulator service. We design and build the whole room, from impact walls and Trackman to the bar, seating and projection, so it feels like a club, not a cave.
Living design and install Trackman and Golfzon simulator rooms as full turnkey projects. Fabric walls, acoustic treatment, hitting strips, projection and lighting are engineered together, with a design you approve in 3D first.
Most of our simulator rooms double as cinemas and entertaining spaces, which is where our twenty years of AV design pays off.
There is a Trackman simulator in our Poole showroom, so you can hit real balls before you commit, and our own MD is a self-confessed addict. Garages, barns, basements and garden buildings across the South have all become Living golf rooms.

How much space does a golf simulator need?
As a rule of thumb: around three metres of ceiling height, five to six metres of room length and four metres of width is comfortable for most golfers. Tighter spaces can work depending on your swing and the technology chosen, which is why every project starts with a survey.
Trackman or Golfzon: which should I choose?
Trackman is the tour-proven benchmark for data and practice; Golfzon brings moving swing plates and a more arcade-like course experience the whole family enjoys. We install both and will match the system to how you will actually use the room.
Can a golf simulator room double as a home cinema?
Yes, and most of ours do. The same projector, screen wall, acoustic treatment and seating serve both jobs, so the room earns its keep on movie nights and match days as well as practice sessions.
Can you build a simulator in a garage or garden building?
Very often, yes. Garages, barns and purpose-built garden rooms are the most common homes for our simulators. We handle insulation, acoustic lining, lighting, heating and power as part of the turnkey build.
