Technology decided early is technology done well. We sit alongside architects, interior designers, project managers and developers from concept stage, in the UK and internationally.
Living have delivered projects and consultancy across the UK, Jersey, Spain, the Caribbean and the Middle East, with standardised design and documentation that travels: full drawing packages, cable schedules, specifications and on-site supervision for local contractors.
We have presented over 360 RIBA CPD sessions to architectural practices, and our CEDIA membership keeps the advice grounded in current standards. Developers and design teams use us to specify once, correctly, rather than argue with technology retrofits later.
Engagements range from a single design review to full technology design and delivery partnership on multi-residence developments. NDA projects are welcome and common.

Do you work with architects and interior designers?
Constantly. Most of our best projects arrive through design teams. We join at concept stage, produce the technology layer of the drawing package and attend design team meetings, so the scheme is buildable and beautiful.
Can you consult on projects outside the UK?
Yes. We have designed and delivered projects in Spain, Jersey, the Caribbean and the Middle East, using standardised documentation and on-site supervision so local contractors can execute to our specification.
What does a RIBA CPD session with Living cover?
A practical hour on integrating home technology into residential architecture: cabling and containment, cinema room requirements, lighting control and the mistakes that cost money on site. We have delivered over 360 sessions, at practices or in our Poole showroom.
How do consultancy fees work?
Simply. Smaller engagements are a fixed fee agreed up front; larger design partnerships are scoped and staged. If we later deliver the installation, design fees are typically absorbed into the project.
