My Control4 system has stopped working. Can you fix it?
Almost always, yes. Most "dead" systems need updates, a failed component or reprogramming rather than replacement. The health check tells you exactly what is wrong and what it costs to put right.
My installer has gone out of business. Am I stuck?
No. Control4 systems can be transferred to a new dealer. We take over the account, regain proper access and become your installer of record.
I bought a house with Control4 and have no logins or codes.
Very common, and fixable. We can recover control of the system and hand ownership back to you, documented properly this time.
Will you support a system you didn’t install?
Yes. That is the entire point of The AV Doctors™. Control4, Lutron, Crestron, Savant, RTi and CBUS are all covered.
How much does a takeover cost?
The health check starts from £400, and ongoing Gold care from £350 a year. You will have a fixed price before any work starts.
